The Role
We’re hiring a US Sales Leader to accelerate new-business growth and deepen our commercial presence across the United States. This is a strategic role focused on expansion, scale, and bringing clarity to organizations navigating workforce change.
You’ll lead enterprise sales cycles, shape our US sales motion, and represent Horsefly with senior HR, People Analytics, Talent, and Workforce Strategy leaders.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Own and deliver the US new-business ARR target, balancing strategic enterprise acquisition with thoughtful expansion.

Build and manage a predictable pipeline, applying frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, and SPIN.

Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging CHROs, People Analytics, Talent, Workforce Strategy, Transformation, and Finance leadership.

Shape and refine the US sales playbook, adapting our global approach to US buyer expectations and market realities.

Partner closely with senior leadership to prioritize segments, verticals, and territories aligned to our long-term strategy.

Represent Horsefly at the executive and industry level, bringing calm clarity to conversations around AI readiness, skills, and workforce transformation.

Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure strong onboarding, early activation, and ongoing adoption.

Support future commercial scaling by contributing to process, enablement, and alignment across Sales and GTM functions.
What We're Looking For
Essential
-
Track record of closing $120k+ ARR enterprise SaaS deals.

Experience in HR tech - Workforce Intelligence, Insights, Analytics, Skills, or Transformation solutions.

Strong credibility with senior HR, Talent, People Analytics, and Workforce Strategy Leaders.

Comfortable operating in a scaling SaaS environment with evolving processes and systems.

Proven ability to build repeatable, insight-led sales motions.

Calm, confident executive presence with a consultative, advisory style.
Great to Have

Familiarity with workforce or labor-market intelligence platforms (e.g., Lightcast, Draup, TalentNeuron).

Understanding of skills-based organizations, workforce analysis, and AI impact modelling.

Experience expanding footprint within enterprise accounts.

Network across HR, Talent, People Analytics, Workforce Strategy communities.

Closed multiple six-figure ARR enterprise deals in priority segments.
