Before using Horsefly, Witherslack had no talent analytics tools at their disposal and no convenient way to get data.  

When Witherslack decided to expand further south in the UK, they knew they needed a way to get accurate data.  When they opened their school in Windsor, they ran a recruitment campaign not using any insightful data.  The campaign was not initially successful, and included advertising costs of around 20,000 GBP.  After this experience, Witherslack knew they needed a better solution.
