What We're Looking For
We're after a strategic operator, someone proactive, sharp, and collaborative. You'll ideally come with a strong network across HR leadership in enterprise brands and a clear track record of getting deals done.
As our Enterprise Account Executive/ Enterprise Account Director, you will:

Own the full sales cycle - from sourcing to closing and renewing enterprise accounts.

Convert inbound leads and build a robust outbound pipeline, leveraging SDR support and sales tools.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a strategic role in directing Sales Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers and a dedicated Sales Engineer to support your efforts in advancing complex opportunities, driving engagement and closing high-value deals.

Navigate multi-department enterprise environments, running high-impact discovery, demos, negotiations, and procurement processes.

Understand workforce planning and talent acquisition challenges, positioning our platform as the solution.

Shape how we sell to enterprise, helping refine our sales playbook, influencing the customer journey, and setting the standard for others to follow.

Partner closely with the CRO to drive growth initiatives, lead from the front, and consistently show a bias toward action and collaboration.
Your profile
-
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of multiple six-figure wins in large, complex organizations.

Ideally, you’ve worked in HR tech - especially in talent acquisition, workforce planning, or data-led solutions.

Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and influence senior decision-makers.

Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach. You’re comfortable uncovering client pain points and positioning solutions that drive real business outcomes.

Excellent communicator, clear, confident, and compelling, both in writing and in person.

Entrepreneurial mindset, with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Experience working in or with early-stage or scaling businesses is a bonus.

Comfortable using tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, or similar to manage pipeline and performance.
The Details

This is a fully remote role based in the UK, with occasional travel to our Liverpool HQ.

You'll also attend industry events and client meetings in the UK and potentially internationally, so it's important that you're willing to travel as required.
